Soulful Scaling
A private podcast for established coaches who want to scale spaciously in 2026 - without louder marketing, longer hours, or burning down the brilliant business they’ve outgrown.
Maybe you can relate…
You’ve already built a business that works. So the last thing you want is yet another strategy that asks you to show up more or hustle harder in order to grow to consistent 10k months.
That said, scaling still feels fragile. Income often comes in waves, your boundaries soften when sales feel uncertain and growth still seems to rely on you holding everything together.
You want more income, yes. But you also want more calm, depth... more white space in your week. More time to actually enjoy the life you started your business for in the first place.
And you want all of this without:
❌ Louder, performative, masculine, hustle-culture marketing
❌ Constant visibility or unethical fake urgency launch tactics
❌ Stepping into a “Badass CEO Era” that doesn’t feel like you
This is where Soulful Scaling comes in.
Soulful Scaling is a private podcast for established, ambitious, purpose-led (and sometimes ADHD) coaches who want to grow intentionally in 2026 - through clarity, grounded self-leadership and identity-led business refinement.
It’s for you when: selling isn’t the problem, capability isn’t the issue but sustainability, structure, and nervous-system safe growth and visibility matter more than ever.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about building a business model & offer ecosystem that supports you as you grow.
What this podcast will actually help you do:
Inside Soulful Scaling, we explore what really happens when capable, experienced coaches reach the stage where growth starts to feel heavier instead of freer.
🦅 Why scaling often creates more pressure before it creates ease and how to navigate that threshold without collapsing your boundaries
🦅 Where your identity has outgrown your brand, pricing or positioning and how that mismatch is actually capping your income and impact
🦅 Why refinement, subtraction and simplification are the real levers of soulful growth
🦅 How to evolve your business model and offers so they support your strengths and contain your stress responses
🦅 What it takes to lead and grow your business, without abandoning yourself in the process
Think of it as the honest, strategic conversation behind the scenes - designed especially for coaches who already know what they’re doing, but want their next chapter to feel more sustainable, soulful and spacious.
This private podcast is for you if:
✔️ You’re already working full-time in your coaching or consulting business
✔️ You’ve consistently sold higher-ticket coaching and consulting packages or programmes (c.£2k+)
✔️ You’re experienced, capable and respected, and want your next level to feel calmer, not heavier
It’s not for you if:
❌ You’re recently qualified or not yet consistently working with paying clients
❌ You want a quick-fix hacks and strategies - not a thoughtful, identity-led approach to self-leadership and business strategy
❌ You’re not ready to refine your business and go deep into your identity as a coach and leader
Meet your host
Hi, I’m Sarah Clarke. Mum, business mentor, leadership coach, and self-confessed positive psychology and neuroscience geek - and a lifelong nature-lover.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked across corporate and entrepreneurial spaces designing 1:1 and group coaching and leadership development programmes.
Since moving fully into mentoring coaches in 2021, I’ve worked with hundreds of ambitious women and scaled my own coaching business to six figures; creating multiple high-level group and 1:1 offers and generating over £300k in the last three years alone.
I’ve grown a combined audience of 14k+ across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email, trained extensively in neuroscience, positive psychology, performance and strengths coaching, and multiple psychometric tools (Hogan, MBTI, CliftonStrengths)
The Soulful Scaling private podcast exists because I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant, successful coaches reaching a stage where the hustle that got them to where they are now no longer fits who they’ve become - but no clear, grounded alternative is offered.
This podcast is that alternative.
