I built Skyward for coaches & consultants who accidentally recreated the 9-5 job they escaped.

Hi, I’m Sarah Clarke. Mum, business mentor, leadership coach, self-confessed positive psychology and neuroscience geek and lifelong nature-lover.

Before starting my own coaching and consulting business, I spent over 15 years inside corporates designing leadership and coaching programmes as a Head of Talent. Which means I’ve also been the person on the other side of the table buying the exact coaching and consulting services you’re now pitching.

    But fundamentally I believe the offers you decide to create are ultimately up to you! It is definitely possible to scale through high-ticket 1:1 offers, particularly when you are selling to corporate.

    I will work with you to define the most aligned and profitable hours for your personality, life and income goals.

  • It depends! If you’re still in the ‘building’ phase of your business (1-2 years in) and you are yet to systemise your philosophy and/ or approach to your coaching or consultancy work, I recommend you craft your signature offer first.

    If you are more established (2 years+ in) and you have been creating ad hoc offers and workshops for corporate, or serving 1:1 clients deeply over the last few years, the chances are you do have a signature method, but you haven’t quite crystallised it yet.

  • Skyward is about refinement, and very often subtraction, not addition or doing more. Our aim is make your business simpler and more sustainable so it fits in with your life and income goals.

    Depending on where you are, I would recommend you ideally spend between 2-4 hours per week working on your business as opposed to in your business.

  • The mastermind calls take place every other Wednesday 11-1:30 UK term-time only. The first call is 25th February.

    All calls are recorded and uploaded to your community platform on Circle, The Orchard, if you can’t make it live.

  • I’ll be honest, social media has been a huge part of my own marketing mix and strategy over the last 8 years. And although I have a love / hate relationship with it!? the strategies I teach do require you to have some social media presence.

    That said, I don’t believe you need a huge audience of 1000s of followers in order to create a sustainable coaching business. For me it is more about the quality of those clients and how engaged and connected to you they feel, which is the work we do in Skyward.

  • I suspect I have ADHD - but have not yet been diagnosed. I have a very busy, creative, deep-thinking brain. Which over the years,I have come to realise is my superpower as an entrepreneur.
